Terms of Participation

PulseBoost rewards are granted for verified, authentic community participation in specific campaigns. Rewards are funded entirely by the project running the campaign ("Campaign Organizer") and held in a publicly auditable wallet ("Campaign Vault").

Reward eligibility requires: (a) authentic, original content submission; (b) submission within the campaign window; (c) compliance with campaign-specific requirements (hashtags, keywords, token mentions); (d) passing admin review and scoring; and (e) not being subject to a platform ban.

Reward amounts are calculated server-side based on approved points relative to the campaign's total approved points pool. The platform does not guarantee any specific reward amount prior to allocation.

Nothing on this platform, in any campaign, or in any reward payout constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or tax advice. Campaign content requirements (mentioning a token, a project, or a product) are marketing participation, not investment recommendations.

Crypto assets are highly volatile and involve risk of substantial or total loss. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

PulseBoost makes no guarantees regarding: impressions, engagement metrics, follower growth, token price, token liquidity, project success, future campaign availability, platform uptime, reward timing, payout settlement speed, or any financial outcomes. Campaign Organizers are solely responsible for their project's statements, tokenomics, and roadmap. Printr Pulse and KETCTO are not responsible for Campaign Organizer claims.

PulseBoost strictly prohibits bots, automation, artificial engagement, recycled content, or any form of farming. Violations result in immediate rejection of submissions, reward forfeiture, and permanent bans. We review submissions manually and use on-chain and X data to protect campaign integrity. Creators who play fair get rewarded. Farmers get banned.

Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to: submitting content generated by AI without original personal context; reposting or lightly editing previously submitted content; purchasing or coordinating engagement; using multiple wallets or X accounts to submit the same or substantially similar content; submitting irrelevant, misleading, or harmful content; impersonating other creators or projects.

Bans are recorded on-platform by wallet address and X username/account ID. Banned creators may not create new accounts to circumvent bans. Ban decisions are final at admin discretion.

Creators participating in rewarded campaigns are required to include the disclosure tag specified by each campaign. Disclosure requirements vary by campaign mode:

• Sponsored post campaigns: one of #ad, #sponsored, #paid, or #partnered
• Contest campaigns: a token-specific tag (e.g. #KETContest) as specified on the campaign page
• Custom campaigns: the tag defined by the Campaign Organizer and shown on the campaign page

The required tag is shown on the campaign detail page before submission. One accepted tag qualifies — you do not need all of them. Submissions missing the required campaign tag are automatically rejected.

Failure to disclose rewarded promotion where required by applicable regulations (including but not limited to FTC guidelines in the United States) is the sole responsibility of the creator. PulseBoost does not provide legal compliance advice. Creators in regulated jurisdictions should consult qualified legal counsel.

Payouts are executed directly from the Campaign Vault wallet to approved creator wallets using browser-signed Solana transactions. The platform never holds funds in custody on behalf of creators or projects. All payout transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain and publicly verifiable on Solscan.

Payout timing depends on: admin review completion, allocation approval, vault wallet availability, and Solana network conditions. The platform makes no guarantee regarding payout timing. Failed on-chain transactions are not retried automatically and require admin intervention.

Creators are responsible for providing a valid, accessible Solana wallet address. The platform is not responsible for lost rewards due to inaccessible or invalid wallet addresses.

Submission of an X post URL constitutes a claim that the submission is authentic and compliant with campaign rules. PulseBoost may use read-only X API access to verify post existence, engagement metrics, and authenticity. This data is used for admin review scoring only. PulseBoost does not post, reply, like, or interact with content on your behalf. X API verification is optional — submissions are accepted through manual review when the API is unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Printr Pulse, KETCTO, and associated contributors are not liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of rewards due to ban, review rejection, or campaign cancellation; loss of funds resulting from on-chain transaction failure, wallet compromise, or network issues; reliance on campaign content as investment advice; or any action taken by Campaign Organizers. Use of this platform is at your own risk.

PulseBoost supports multiple campaign modes. Eligibility, scoring, and reward mechanics vary by mode. Review the campaign detail page before submitting.

• Contribution campaigns — open to any verified creator who submits an authentic post meeting the campaign requirements.
• Holder campaigns — require a minimum token balance in your verified wallet at the time of the eligibility check. Holding tokens does not guarantee a reward.
• Staker campaigns — require an active staking position for the specified token. Staking tokens earns a scoring multiplier, not a guaranteed payout.
• Hybrid campaigns — combine contribution and holder/staker requirements.

Holder and staker multipliers are scoring mechanics applied to your contribution score. They are not investment yield, staking yield, passive income, or guaranteed financial returns. Any reward distribution is optional, admin-controlled, and subject to campaign rules and available vault funds.

Points (contribution points, referral points, campaign points) are reputation and eligibility signals. Points do not automatically convert to tokens. Token distributions are optional, admin-controlled, and not guaranteed.
