1. Provenance and Timestamping Only

PulseProof is a provenance and timestamping tool. It generates cryptographic hashes, collects wallet signatures, and optionally anchors proof metadata to the Solana blockchain via a Memo transaction.

PulseProof creates a public registry record linking a Solana wallet address to specific asset metadata at a specific time. This record serves as evidence of attestation — specifically, that a wallet submitted this metadata at this timestamp.

3. No Trademark Registration

PulseProof is not trademark registration. It does not constitute a filing with the USPTO, EUIPO, or any trademark authority. It does not create trademark rights, priority claims, or legal protections for brand names, logos, slogans, or mascots. Trademark rights arise from use in commerce and formal registration processes that are entirely separate from this platform.

4. No Legal Ownership Guarantee

PulseProof does not prove, establish, or guarantee legal ownership of any asset, intellectual property, or creative work. A PulseProof registry record is evidence that a wallet attested to specific metadata at a specific time. It is not a deed, title, certificate of ownership, or assignment of rights. It does not prevent third parties from claiming rights to the same or similar assets through other legal means.

5. Wallet Attestation

The PulseProof creation process requires signing a standardized message with a Solana wallet. This signature cryptographically links the wallet address to the proof metadata at submission time. The signed message and signature are stored in the public registry.

Wallet signature verification is based on the wallet holder's cooperation. If a wallet is compromised or access is lost, the attestation value of the proof is limited. PulseProof does not verify identity, legal personhood, or employment status of the wallet holder.

6. Optional On-Chain Memo Anchor

Creators may optionally anchor a compact representation of their proof metadata to the Solana blockchain via a Memo program transaction. This creates an immutable, timestamped block-level record of the proof hashes. Memo transactions are public, permanent, and verifiable on Solscan. The platform does not guarantee Memo transaction success or the continued accessibility of Solana RPC infrastructure. Solana network fees apply.

7. Public Registry

Verified PulseProof records are publicly displayed in the registry. The following fields are publicly visible: proof type, asset title, asset description, creator wallet address, token CA, asset hash, metadata hash, nonce, timestamps, wallet signature, Memo transaction hash (if anchored), IPFS/Arweave URIs (if provided), and public notes. By submitting a proof, you consent to the public display of these fields. Do not include private, sensitive, confidential, or personally identifying information in any public field.

8. Privacy and Public Data

PulseProof stores and publicly displays the creator's Solana wallet address. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous but publicly traceable. Do not use PulseProof to register assets containing personal data, private credentials, unreleased confidential materials, seed phrases, private keys, or legal documents. The platform is not responsible for any information you choose to include in public fields.

9. Creator Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for: (a) ensuring they have the right to register the submitted asset; (b) pursuing appropriate formal legal protections (copyright, trademark, etc.) if desired; (c) the accuracy of submitted metadata; (d) compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

PulseProof does not verify that a creator has any legal right to the asset they are registering. Submitting a false or fraudulent proof does not create rights and may be contested by legitimate rights holders.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Printr Pulse, KETCTO, and associated contributors are not liable for: any IP disputes arising from proof records; loss of proof records due to infrastructure changes; reliance on a PulseProof record as evidence in any legal proceeding; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. PulseProof is provided as-is with no warranty of fitness for any particular legal purpose. Use at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

[Governing law jurisdiction to be specified before first paid production campaign.] These terms are subject to revision. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

PulseProof provides a timestamped wallet attestation and public registry record. It is not a substitute for copyright or trademark registration and does not create legal rights or protections.
